What is Business Watch?

In March of 1997 Mr Bell developed the Business Watch Scheme, in conjunction with  Corby Borough Council and Northamptonshire Police.  In the first year of operation the crime rate on the Willowbrook Industrial Estate dropped by a staggering 15%.   The Business Watch scheme now runs alongside New E.R.A.
